Today I defeated the magical 40 minutes mark, which I had been fighting with for over two months. In 38:51 minutes I managed to run 8.7 km with an average heart rate of 180.
It wasn't easy, though my legs were in a really good shape. I almost didn't feel anything while running. Another problem was my stamina, as you can see from my average heart rate. The last couple of kilometers it was really hart to breath and keep up the pace. I hope I can get that under control with interval training.
Overall I'm pretty knocked out, but it was worth it!
