The past couple of weeks have been really hard to take for me, in terms of pace. I told myself to start slowly, build up my stamina for the 21km step by step. Well it didn't work out for me. Yesterday I just had to speed things up a little and give all I had towards the end of the run.
Unfortunately increasing my paces screwed the stats, but you cares, right? Next week I'll behave, I promise...
