I ran my 16.2 km track today and it was really fun. The weather was kinda stormy, but sunny and warm. I got back home after 1 hour and 23 minutes. My average heart rate was 168, which is the lowest I've ever had with this distance. My legs were in great shape, they weren't tired until the last 3 km or so.
I already signed up for the LBS Halbmarathon (half marathon) on September 16th here in Karlsruhe. My plan is to start practice at the end of June and do a packed 10 weeks training. I should be able to run the 21 km within 2 hours and that's what I'm aiming for.
