Getting it under control
In contrast to last Friday, I tried to keep my heart rate between 160-170. It took me about 1.5 km to even get to 160. After that it was quite easy to keep it under control. I did a good job in keeping it between 165-170, cause my average heart rate was 166. After about 7 km it was hard not to sprint and suppressing the urge to go faster made my heart rate go beyond 170 for a couple of time. I find that very weird actually, well I think I'm just used to it. Anyway, I finished the 8.7 km in 45:50 minutes.
