Beginning workout...

Last week was the first time since the Badische Meile, that I had a chance to do my full-blown workout. I did two 5k runs and a 10k yesterday. Next week is gonna be a little more.




Below you can see the numbers for last week. They are not that fabulous, I always took longer than planned and my heart rate was always higher.
